Will The Service Work Where I Live?
How Long Does It Take To Receive It?
We ship UPS 2-day air. Your order should arrive within two to three business days. When it ships you should receive a tracking number from UPS which you can use to see updates on the package. If you have a PO Box, we can ship Priority Mail, which should also arrive within two to three business days but may vary based on location.
What Speeds Will I Get?
Speeds vary per customer depending on their location. Distance to the cell tower and metal roofing are the primary factors determining speeds, but environmental factors such as trees, hills, mountains, etc. can all affect the signal. Tower Congestion (how many people are on that cell tower) can also have a significant impact in some situations. Unfortunately, we cannot know what speeds you will get until you try the device. This is why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. We give all our customers a chance to try the service risk-free.
Can I Make it Faster?
Yes, but you will have to consider doing one or more of the following things: Move the LTE router to various places inside your home or office to see if it gets faster. Placing your router near windows tends to work the best. We can also tell you which direction to aim it and if you put it near a window on that side of the house or building, it will help. You can also connect an external antenna to the LTE router and fix the antenna outside your house or office. We can supply you with these antennas for an additional one-time charge. Consider upgrading to the Cat 18 C4R800 radio which can connect to more cell bands and a better quality signal.
