$16/hr. for the first 90 days, then an increase to $18/hr.

Monday-Friday 9a-6p;

Saturdays 9a-3p, Occasional

 

 

Job Description:

·         Take inbound calls for sales information and support assistance

·         Take inbound calls to sign up customers with our service

·         Make outbound calls to potential customers who have requested a call back

·         Create service tickets to escalate to our technical support staff

·         Perform outbound calls to customers to follow-up on service received

·         Take inbound calls from customers who wish to make payments

·         Proficiently navigate a Windows-based & Web-based system to place orders, create service tickets, and to assist customers with payments

·         Answer inbound customer service calls with an open, friendly greeting

·         Assist others in preparation of equipment for shipping to customers

·         Utilize strong listening skills and probing questions to identify the customer’s concerns and evaluate their needs

·         Use strong communication skills to communicate/empathize with customers

·         Work well within a team

·         Participate in quality assurance processes/programs/initiatives as requested

Required Skills:

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Excellent communication skills to the customer or within the company, whether over the phone or email.

·         Ability to work with a strong team of professionals in a culturally diverse environment

·         Ability to multitask and work/function in a fast-paced environment

·         Basic to Intermediate understanding of High-speed Internet, computers, smart devices, and routers.

·         Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel, Word, and <whatever we are currently using>

 

 

Qualifications:

High-school or equivalent

Customer Service: 2+ years

US Work authorization
